Scott Ransom 30 is a Unique Trail Bike
Being an ardent fan of bikes, I love browsing for bikes. My latest crush is the Scott Ransom 30. The bike is a great achievement when it comes to shock control and adjustable weight. It is equipped with equalizer shock for better performance on bumpy roads. The bike has futuristic looks with wonderful geometry for comfortable ride through the dirt. The cable routing of the bike is completely sealed and anchored well with the main frame. The Ransom is a friendly bike in terms of handling though the look of it is complex and feels quite heavy.

The short stem/bar cockpit, slack head angle and easy sag contribute to build your confidence as you ride it to increase its momentum. The wheelbase is 30 inches long and quite heavy to plant and secure you at high speed. The RockShox Maxle bolt-through axle in Scott Ransom 30 gives a wonderful carving precision. There is handlebar remote level which allows you to snap the triple chamber rear shock for a smooth speed bounce back. The wheels with Nobby Nic tires help fast rolling and they help protracted uphill hauling of this bike. You can choose from the two models – “All Travel” mode 165 mm (6.5 inches) and the “Lockout” mode having 90 mm (3.5 inches) of travel.
